Bullying & Cyber-Bullying Prevention

Bullying Prevention, compassion and Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.) for children and teenagers

Kid victim of bullying

Overview

Bullying is more than just a fight or disliking someone and bullying is never ok. Bullying is hurtful and can impact someone for a long time. An environment characterised by disrespect, bullying, victimisation or violence can act as a barrier to learning. It results in low self-esteem, impacts physical health and increases the likelihood of dropping out of school. The consequences are disastrous for the kids’ mental health and academic achievements. In this bullying and cyber-bullying prevention workshop, participants will work on bullying prevention, compassion and the development of their emotional intelligence competencies.
