A Typical Workshop Process


These actions were created in partnership with dedicated organisations.


Introduction: Ice breakers & games to introduce the participants, the workshop, and the trainer

Program overview: Participants are invited (optional) to share their feedback and thoughts about the program

Workshop process per chapter


  1. Brainstorming and debates.

  2. Practice or related playful games and exercises.

  3. Definition of the key steps.

  4. Preparation of the educational handout with illustrated advice.

  5. Debriefing, questions and answers.

  6. Presentation of the following chapter.


At the end of the training session, participants are invited to highlight the workshop's key points of learning. Participants are also encouraged to create a personal contract to implement some changes in order to reinforce the impact of life skills development and career support training workshop.

Experience taught us that a follow-up session is very valuable to strengthen participants' engagements and knowledge.


Sharing with the group is optional. Participants will join the conversation only if they feel confident enough to do so.

Learning methods

  • We use play-based learning through games, role-play, real-life scenarios or practice as often as possible.

  • As a group, we define our own rules to create a safe learning environment and to make sure that everyone will be well respected.

  • Our tools and learning methods are unique, playful and have a great impact.

  • We use various tools and learning supports to maintain participants' engagement and participation.

  • The group finds the theory through exercises and games for a better impact and a great learning experience.

  • Various resources: experiences, practice, use of photos and videos, role-play, games, photo reports, team activities, quizzes…


Learning Methodology

Follow-up and assessment

  • Individual assessment when possible.

  • Group discussions at the end of every activities and games.

  • Each participant receives a student handout that is completed during the workshop. Handouts are filled with illustrated advice.

  • The developed awareness allows participants to take some personal commitments through a personal contract linked to an action plan.

  • Feedback forms are filled with the participants at the end of the training workshop.

  • A feedback meeting is organised with the organisation after the session.

  • Individual coaching are developed if needed.

  • Ongoing training programs are offered (up to 24 months programs).

  • Each student receives a Certificate of Completion.

  • Long-term evaluation: it is easy to measure change in behaviour, knowledge & attitudes.
