Introduction: Ice breakers & games to introduce the participants, the workshop, and the trainer

Program overview: Participants are invited (optional) to share their feedback and thoughts about the program

WORKSHOP PROCESS FOR EACH CHAPTER

  1. Brainstorming and debates

  2. Practice or related playful games and exercises

  3. Definition of the key steps

  4. Preparation of the educational handout with illustrated advice

  5. Debriefing, questions and answers

  6. Presentation of the following chapter

At the end of the training session, participants are invited to highlight the workshop's key points of learning. Participants are also encouraged to create a personal contract to implement some changes in order to reinforce the impact of the life skills development and career support training workshop.

Experience taught us that a follow-up session is very valuable to strenghten participants' engagements and knowledge.

Sharing with the group is optional. Participants will join the conversation only if they feel confident enough to do so.
