We begin by exploring the definitions of self-esteem and self-confidence, setting a shared foundation for understanding and growth.
Self-appraisal
Participants reflect on their current habits and practices that influence their self-worth. Sharing experiences creates a supportive learning environment.
The role of self-esteem and confidence
We examine how confidence impacts daily choices, relationships, and long-term success—personally and professionally.
Cultural and personal identity
Participants are encouraged to recognise and celebrate their unique identities, drawing strength from cultural roots and personal stories.
Techniques for self-confidence enhancement
Simple, practical techniques are introduced to help participants build inner trust and apply confidence tools in everyday life.
Positive vs. negative behaviours
We explore behaviours that nurture or damage self-confidence, helping participants make clear, conscious choices that support growth.
Overcoming negative self-talk
Participants learn how to shift internal dialogue from self-criticism to self-support, developing a more positive self-image.
Maximising positivity
This segment focuses on building up the positive—habits, influences, and actions—while reducing exposure to harmful inputs.
Self-motivation
We explore ways to sustain motivation through routines, purpose, and goal setting—giving participants ownership of their progress.
Happiness initiatives
Participants list specific, realistic activities that bring joy and wellbeing, building a personal roadmap to emotional resilience.
Self-love in relationships
We examine how self-worth influences the way we connect with others, and how to nurture respectful, healthy relationships.
Setting realistic goals
Participants learn to set goals that are achievable and meaningful, avoiding unhelpful comparisons or pressure.
