New Reflections support all communities in Australia

Empowering Aboriginal People

we support aboriginal communities

We understand the importance of acknowledging and addressing the challenges faced by the Aboriginal community. Our life skills development and employment training programs are meticulously crafted to help individuals enhance their soft skills and employment prospects.

These essential soft skills form the foundation for success in the workplace, enabling individuals to adapt to changing job requirements and excel in their careers. Participants not only identify skill gaps but also cultivate cultural knowledge and values to foster a positive self-identity.

We support People with Disabilities

we support people with disabilities

At New Reflections, we believe that individuals with disabilities should have the opportunity to engage in a full range of activities and live as independently as possible. Our daily living and life skills programs focus on enhancing participants' abilities in areas such as daily life activities, communication, and social skills.

We empower them to set and achieve personal goals, building on their existing skills and acquiring new ones. Our dedicated programs cover a wide spectrum, including communication, self-confidence, personal grooming, employability skills, nutrition, and more.

Empowering Victims of Domestic Violence

New reflections support victims of domestic violence

Survivors of domestic violence often face obstacles in maintaining their self-confidence, self-esteem and, at times, their employment skills. Our programs are designed to promote survivors' overall wellness and assist them in building a brighter future.

We concentrate on enhancing self-confidence, self-esteem, and stress management to later focus on essential employability skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, and personal presentation. Through our programs, participants emerge empowered, confident, and resilient, regaining control over their lives.

Supporting and Empowering the Homeless

new reflections helps homeless people

Helping individuals experiencing homelessness acquire life skills is a critical step toward helping them transition out of homelessness and reintegrate into society. These individuals may need support in developing essential life skills to secure and maintain employment.

Our life skills training program emphasises self-sufficiency and social skills, including interpersonal skills, self-confidence, and social networks. Additionally, we focus on vital workplace skills like time management, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, organisation, and conflict resolution, enhancing participants' employability.

Empowering Refugees & Asylum Seekers

New Reflections team supports the refugees

Refugees and asylum seekers often face significant challenges in their quest for inclusion in Australia.

Our learning programs are specifically designed to foster their integration by developing essential workplace skills and assisting them in recognising their career equivalencies in Australia.

In addition to employability skills, we focus on enhancing participants' cultural awareness, communication skills, self-confidence, self-esteem, and professional conduct.

We support ex-offenders

We support ex-offenders with life skills training

Helping ex-offenders overcome barriers to employment is crucial in reducing recidivism rates.

Our programs are tailored to assist ex-offenders in developing essential work skills, including communication, time management, job interview preparation, and collaboration.

Moreover, we address critical soft skills, such as self-esteem, self-confidence, and motivation, providing participants with the tools they need to reintegrate successfully into the workforce.
