  • Build good relationships over the phone by developing effective listening and questioning skills

  • Get familiar with the best email etiquette to master effective email structures to achieve clarity and successful communication: write for the reader

  • Learn to facilitate discussions, problem solving and resolution of issues through the different communication channels

  • Case studies
