  • Discover keys to establish rapport with others by picking up on non-verbal cues (face to face & phone interactions).

  • Learn the essentials for successful face to face meetings: focus on timing, courtesy, appearance & body language.

  • Build good relationships over the phone by developing effective listening and questioning skills.

  • Get familiar with the best email etiquette to master effective email structures to achieve clarity and successful communication: write for the reader.

  • Learn to facilitate discussions focused on problem solving and resolution of issues through the different communication channels.
